Betty Jiang, CFA

Betty Jiang, CFA, is a Managing Director of Credit Suisse in the Investment Banking division, based in New York. She is the head of Environmental, Social and Governance (ESG) research for US and is responsible for sustainability thought leadership and integration of ESG considerations within the research department. She has led a range of thematic publications with particular focus on the energy transition. Prior to assuming her current role, for over 12 years Betty was an equity research analyst covering the Exploration and Production sector both on the sell-side and the buy-side. Ms. Jiang has earned recognition in the Institutional Investor’s All-America Research survey in the ESG category after just 12 months covering the space. She was also a lead analyst on the team ranked number 2 by Institutional Investor during her time covering the energy sector. Betty holds a B.S. in Chemical Engineering from Cornell University and is a CFA charterholder.
