Michael Lewis

Michael joined DWS in 2015 with responsibility for the division’s ESG thematic research. Prior to his current role, Michael was Global Head of Commodities Research in the Corporate Banking & Securities division of Deutsche Bank. In 2013, the Commodities Research team was ranked #2 in the EMEA Institutional Investor Equity and Fixed Income Res earch team survey. Before this, Michael was the Deputy Head of FX Research at Deutsche Morgan Grenfell. In 2000, the FX Research team was ranked #1 in the Euro money FX Research survey. Michael began his career as a Research analyst covering Glob al Macro & Rates research at Morgan Grenfell. Michael holds a B.Sc. in Economics from the University of Bristol and a M.Sc. in Economics from London School of Economics and Political Science.
