Lila Han, CFA, CAIA

Lila is an investment solution strategist based in Aon’s downtown New York office. She is focused on developing investment solutions for and servicing institutional clients with total return mandates. Prior to joining Aon in Chicago in 2015, she worked at two global investment management and consulting firms across North America and Asia. Her experience includes providing strategic advice to a variety of large institutional investors across the total portfolio with a focus on alternatives and less liquid strategies. She is also a key contributor to thought leadership relevant to total return investor interests. Lila has 15 years of institutional experience across manager research, portfolio advice and fund management across global asset classes, and has worked with institutional investors across Canada, the United States, Singapore and China. ​

Lila has numerous published works on institutional investing, including “Understanding Opportunities in China’s Investable Growth” and “The Non-profit Fiduciaries’ Handbook”.​

Lila holds a Bachelor of Mathematics from University of Waterloo in Canada and a Master of Science in Development Finance with distinction from University of Manchester in England. She is a CFA and CAIA charter holder and a member of the CFA and CAIA societies of New York. Lila maintains FINRA Registered Series 7 and 66 Licenses.​
