Irina Bogacheva is responsible for leading quantitative research at Franklin Templeton Investment Solutions. She was formerly Head of Research at QS Investors, and prior to that was Vice President in the quantitative strategies group at Deutsche Asset Management. Preceding Deutsche, she spent 11 years in the industry, most recently as Vice President at Goldman Sachs where she developed quantitative trading strategies. She also held various research positions at AIG Investment Group, Cornerstone Research, and Citigroup Asset Management. She received her MSc in Mathematics from Moscow State University, MA in Economics from New Economic School (Moscow), and her MBA in Finance from the University of Chicago.
