Andrew Ralph, CFA

Andrew has over 10 years of restructuring, finance and operational experience. He has led a variety of companies through successful restructurings, both in and out of court. Andrew’s experience spans numerous industries including energy, shipping, communications and technology. He has extensive experience in all aspects of the restructuring process including business plan analysis, liquidity management, cash flow forecasting, valuation and recovery analysis. In 2017, Andrew, along with his colleagues, were announced winners of the TMA large company transaction of the year award for their work on Sabine Oil & Gas.

Prior to his MBA, Andrew was an investment officer for J. Bush & Co., where he performed fundamental equity research and financial analysis on various industries and public companies.

Andrew earned his M.B.A. with a concentration in accounting, finance and strategy from the Stern School of Business at NYU and a B.A. in Economics from Yale University. He is a Chartered Financial Analyst.
