Overview

Join CFA Society New York for an evening of discussion and ideation to enhance entry and advancement opportunities for women in alternative investing.

The 2021 Preqin Impact Report on Women in Alternative Assets found that at the close of 2020, just over 20% of the alternative investment industry’s employees were female, with a slim 12% holding a senior-ranked position. As the industry continues to evolve and the COVID-19 pandemic winds down, new opportunities have emerged to support the advancement and development of female leaders. This conversation will centre on the importance of gender diversity in the alternatives industry and explore new ways to tackle gender equality challenges.

Raise the profiles of women in alternative investments today and help drive the conversation on how to boost representation in this part of the financial industry when you attend this event.
