TO ATTEND

FREE Members Only

CFA Institute’s Enterprising Investor has reached more than 9.3 million readers since 2011 with its signature mix of insights from CFA Institute members, staff, and leaders in the investment community.

Its intentionally wide-ranging coverage is authored for investment professionals by investment professionals and benefits immensely from CFA Institute’s global network of societies. In addition to regular explorations of portfolio management techniques and analysis of the global investment industry, recent updates have included a detailed look at Switzerland’s Vollgeld initiative, the Bangladeshi capital markets, and Daniel Kahneman’s keys to better decision making

This 9th August, Paul McCaffrey (the Editor) and Sloane Ortel (a frequent contributor) will lead an interactive writing workshop for the members of CFA Society New York.

Attendees will:

  • Have their creative pursuits affirmed.
  • Participate in a number of lighthearted writing exercises.
  • Practice requesting, receiving, and delivering feedback on their written work.
  • Learn how to access and add to the CFA Institute content library.
  • Connect directly with Paul, Sloane, and each other at the reception to follow.
