Difficult conversations — whether you’re looking to move to a new role or seeking a revised compensation package — are an inevitable part of navigating your career. How should you prepare for these discussions? How do you find the right words in the moment? How can you structure the exchange so that it goes as smoothly as possible?

This event addresses how you should handle these conversations with supervisors both during the annual review process and on an opportunistic basis, and teaches techniques that can make navigating these conversations less daunting
