CFANY Call for Candidates
This event is an informational session and forum, designed for CFA Society New York members who are seasoned and senior-industry professionals to get acquainted with the governance structure and election process at CFANY. You will meet the current leadership team, gain understanding about your direct involvement in the mission and vision of CFANY, and learn the ways in which it is achievable via direct representation on the elected Board of Directors as well as through various leadership programs.
As the largest local membership society of the CFA Institute and a leading forum for the investment community, CFA Society New york is committed to promoting the highest professional standards in the investment industry. CFANY has excelled at its mission largely thanks to the stellar leadership and initiative of senior industry professionals who are dedicated to the core values that CFANY promulgates and upholds.
In addition, fairly recent corporate governance changes have created a catalytic environment for CFANY members to get involved and lend their own vision to that of the leading-edge developments at CFANY, and to elevate this organization to be the foremost of its kind for the investment community.
All requests for Withdrawals must be submitted in writing and dated. The date of the request will be the date it is received by CFANY. Requests may be faxed to (212) 541-4677, or emailed to email@example.com.
Withdrawals from events, live or streaming, are subject to the following policy:
- 24 HOURS ADVANCED NOTICE OR MORE: Credit to be issued (to be used within 6 months)
- LESS THAN 24 HOURS OR AFTER EVENT HAS STARTED: No refund
