Women make up just 9-11 percent of senior employees in private equity and venture. Despite recent news spotlight on venture capital following several high-profile gender-related cases, the reality is that low representation of women in these industries has been a long been an issue. In its 4th year, this event features a moderated panel of PE and VC industry veterans discussing their own career paths and experiences, recognizing challenges from breaking into the industry to effectively navigating toward senior level positions.
